It is open 9am to 2pm and 3pm to 5pm - Monday to Friday.

The S Money Melbourne CBD store is located at 44 Spencer Street, Melbourne VIC 3000.
The store is right next to the Great Southern Hotel and less than 100 metres from Southern Cross Train Station.
It is open 9am to 5pm - Monday to Friday and 10am to 3:30pm on Saturday.

Post Office Collection
Secure and convenient pick up from your local post office at a flat fee of $19.
- When: Once we receive your payment, it usually takes 3-5 business days depending on where you are in Australia
- Delivery Zones: Australia wide
- Open times: Each post office has its own opening times. Most are open on a Saturday.
- Take your time: Once your order arrives, you have 2 weeks to collect it.
Secure Home Delivery
Whether you want your currency sent to your home, your office or somewhere else entirely it costs only $28.
- When: Once we receive your payment, it usually takes 2-3 business days depending on where you are in Australia
- Delivery Zones: Australia wide
- Delivery Window: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. StarTrack will keep you up to date on your delivery status every step of the way
- If you aren't home: Your order will be safely redirected to a nearby post office. You will be notified and can collect it within the next 2 weeks.
